An appropriately gruesome puzzle for Halloween, this comes from a manuscript held at the British Library (Add MS 35313, f. 158v) in London. This depiction of the Three Living and the Three Dead comes from a late-fifteenth/early-sixteenth-century Book of Hours, about which more here, here, and fully digitized manuscript here.
